Reading food labels can be confusing. This tour walks you through the grocery store showing you what to look for in products and produce. We will discuss reading food labels, marketing claims, understanding serving sizes, and reading ingredient lists to make sure you are choosing the best possible foods to support your health! I’ll also share with you what I buy and what I avoid.  Tours vary in length based on client needs (approximately 60-90 minutes).
