I sought out Elizabeth to help with a vegetarian low FODMAP eating plan to help with lower GI issues. Not only did she customize a very doable plan for me, but suggested I pursue SIBO testing to address the underlying issues. I did, was treated, and am feeling much better. It's easy to get caught up in the daily routine of work, eat, sleep without thinking long-term, but this program got me to slow down and focus on making better choices. Ms. Elizabeth was my saving grace. After I was diagnosed with IBS I was put on medication and told to alter my eating habits. But, I was not given any practical steps on how to change what I was eating because my previous diet mostly consisted of fruits and vegetables. For about 3 months I kept trying and failing the low FODMAP diet--until I had my first appointment with Ms. Elizabeth. She was extremely friendly, understanding, and (most importantly in my case) empathetic. She recognizes how digestive disorders can impact your mental and physical health and works with you to resolve your issues. During one of our first appointments, she ran a diagnostic that consisted of questions ranging from "What are you eating?" to "What do the beds of your fingernails look like?". Upon viewing the results of this test, I consulted my doctor, had blood work done, and later found out that I was anemic and extremely low in B12. Without the help of Ms. Elizabeth I am sure that I would have never had my medicinal issues resolved as quickly. Aside from providing nutritional guides, Ms. Elizabeth provides nutritional support; she helps curate grocery lists, sends recipes, and recommends supplements. She helped me navigate the complexities of the Low-FODMAP diet by offering her advice and sending me scholarly articles/videos to help me understand what was happening in my digestive system. She never ceases to go above and beyond, whether that be by helping you come up with meal ideas or checking up and seeing how you are doing. More than anything, Ms. Elizabeth feels like a friend.

Elizabeth recommended that I get the brain span test to get a full spectrum look at my overall health.  I exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet but I was curious about my overall health.  I had heard stories about people who looked "healthy" but had serious ailments that were not outwardly expressed.  I didn't want to be one of these people.  Needless to say, after I got my brain span results I was surprised to see how high my levels of inflammation were.  Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about how I could improve.  I followed all of her recommendations and after a few months performed another brain span test.  Her recommendations resulted in reducing my inflammation and a healthy score!  If you're curious about learning more about your health, and more importantly improving it, I would highly recommend working with Elizabeth.

Elizabeth really listens to everything you have to say and gives personalized advice. She was a great resource and answered all of my questions about reintroducing food during an elimination diet and how to pay attention to any symptoms or changes.
